Questions
Will washing damage my paint?
Satin, eggshell, and semi-gloss wash well. Flat paint can burnish if scrubbed, so we test first and go gently.
Is this good before selling a home?
Yes. Clean walls photograph better and can save you from painting rooms that only looked dirty.
Can you get smoke film off?
Usually. Smoke film comes off walls with washing. Heavy cases may still need a sealing primer before painting.
