What we do on every job.
Interior walls & floor
Carbon and grease removed from the sides, back, ceiling, and floor of the cavity.
Racks & runners
Pulled, soaked, and scrubbed back to bare metal, then dried and reinstalled.
Door glass, both sides
Inside and outside panes cleared so you can see your food again.
Door seal check
We clean around the gasket carefully and tell you if it's worn or torn.
Exterior & knobs
Front panel, handle, and control knobs wiped down and degreased.
Kitchen left clean
Floors and counters protected during the job and wiped down after.
Before we arrive
- Turn the oven off and let it cool completely.
- Take out pans or anything you store inside it.
- Someone 18 or older needs to let us in.
Not included
- Range hoods and exhaust ducts
- Commercial or restaurant equipment
- Stovetop grates (ask for a quote)

How long does it take?
Most single ovens take two to three hours. Double ovens and heavily carbonized ovens take longer.
What products do you use?
Non-caustic degreasers chosen for kitchen use. Every surface is rinsed after cleaning.
Can you fix my oven too?
Yes. Oven and stove repair is available through Gains Appliance Maintenance and Repair LLC. Mention the problem when you book.
