Fabric check
We read the cleaning code on the tag and test a hidden spot first.
Pet hair pulled out
Rubber-blade tools and a high-suction vacuum pull hair out of the weave.
Stain pre-treatment
Spots are treated with a cleaner matched to the stain and the fabric.
Deep clean
Hot-water extraction or dry solvent cleaning, depending on the fabric code.
Grooming
Fabric is brushed in one direction so it dries evenly without water marks.
Dry-time guidance
Most pieces are dry in four to eight hours. We'll tell you when it's ready to use.

Questions
Will every stain come out?
Most will. Old stains, ink, and dye transfer sometimes can't be fully removed. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Do you clean car seats?
Yes. Cloth car seats are priced like an armchair per row. Mention it when you book.
What about pet urine smell in the cushions?
That's an odor job as much as a cleaning job. Book upholstery plus a pet urine treatment and we'll handle both.
